Legal Experience
- Significant legal experience registering trademarks and prosecuting utility and design patents in the United States as well as in over forty foreign countries through her extensive network of foreign associates.
- Representation to help clients, including multi-national companies, work through patent, trademark, and copyright infringement matters including in litigation.
- Representation of clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in opposition and cancellation proceedings in the United States.
- Representation of both acquirers and sellers in international corporate acquisitions where the assets to be acquired or the valuation of the companies to be acquired involve the selling company’s intellectual property.
- Assisting clients in their licensing of intellectual property.
