Nine Butler Snow Attorneys Named Mississippi Super Lawyers
Nine Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens & Cannada, PLLC, attorneys have been included in the Top 50 Mississippi Super Lawyers 2009.
The Top 50 list is compiled by Super Lawyers magazine and highlights attorneys in each city or state who received the highest point totals, as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics. Bob Frey A Featured Author in The Mississippi Lawyer
Butler Snow Attorney Robert M. Frey was featured recently in The Mississippi Lawyer, a publication of the Mississippi Bar. His article, titled Improper Closing Argument in Civil Trial: A Trial Notebook Summary of Mississippi Case Law can be downloaded by clicking here. Nealey Contributes to MDLA Quarterly
Butler Snow Attorney LeAnn W. Nealey recently authored an article for the MDLA Quarterly, a publication of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association (MDLA), titled "Preserving Summary Judgment Based on the Exclusion of Expert Testimony." Nealey is a member of the firm's Appellate and Written Advocacy Group where she focuses her practice on appellate advocacy, product liability and environmental law.
