For over 50 years, Butler Snow has represented local and national print and broadcast media, film and television companies, and authors in all aspects of state and federal media law. Butler Snow's media law team prepares the Mississippi section of the 50-State Survey of the Law of Defamation and Privacy and Mississippi section of the 50-State Survey of Employment Libel and Privacy Law, which are published biennially by the Media Libel Resource Center of New York City.
