Butler Snow is pleased to announce David L. Johnson will present at the Nashville Bar Association’s Non-Compete Agreements Seminar on Oct. 29.
The seminar, created by Nashville Bar Association President and Butler Snow attorney Erin Palmer Polly, will cover the laws surrounding non-competes, the Tennessee health care statute, recent developments, the injunctive relief process, drafting tips for restrictive covenant agreements from the employer and employee perspective, whether preparing to compete is unlawful, tortious interference and inducement breach, breach of fiduciary duty of loyalty, corporate raiding issues and non-solicitation issues.
David serves as practice group leader of the firm’s labor and employment group and is a member of the appellate and written advocacy group and the intellectual property group. He focuses his practice on business and employment litigation, non-compete and trade secret litigation, as well as employment compliance, counseling, and training.
