Victoria focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She works collaboratively with clients and legal teams to develop and implement effective case work up and trial strategies. Victoria represents clients in both state and federal court in a variety of business disputes, including non-compete, DTPA, breach of contract, trade secret, premises liability, and personal injury cases. Her experience extends to all phases of litigation, from pre-suit strategy through post-trial appellate briefing. Victoria also regularly participates in alternative dispute resolution, including mediations, to swiftly resolve matters and draft appropriate agreements to safeguard clients’ interests.

- Represents businesses, government entities, and individuals in a wide variety of litigation in state and federal courts.
- Participates in all phases of case work up and discovery, including depositions, written discovery, and motion practice.
- Advises employers regarding employee disputes, restrictive covenants, and legal obligations under Texas law.
- Obtained Fifth Circuit victory for a Texas District Attorney in unanimous published opinion reversing denial of motion to dismiss on sovereign immunity grounds.
- Obtained complete summary judgment for national insurance company in uninsured motorist coverage dispute.
- Avoided jury trial and obtained take-nothing judgment for local employer in suit by former employee claiming entitlement to severance pay.
- Successfully negotiated multiple favorable settlements and prepared corresponding agreements for large common carrier client.
- Experience preparing dispositive motions and Daubert challenges as member of motions team in large product liability multi-district litigation.
- Experience drafting merits briefing in matters before the Supreme Court of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
