Butler Snow attorney Arthur D. Spratlin, Jr. will speak at The Harmonie Group’s upcoming Northwest Arkansas Transportation Seminar. Spratlin, who is the practice group leader of Butler Snow’s Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation group, is speaking on autonomous vehicles and self-driving trucks.
