Butler Snow attorney Arthur D. Spratlin, Jr. will speak at The Harmonie Group’s upcoming Northwest Arkansas Transportation Seminar. Spratlin, who is the practice group leader of Butler Snow’s Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation group, is speaking on autonomous vehicles and self-driving trucks. Other topics include the use of drones in accident reconstructions, preservation of evidence, work product privilege regarding early investigation materials, defense strategies to combat the impact of reptile tactics, and more.
