Butler Snow Attorney Keishunna Webster Appointed as 2024-2025 Chair-Elect of the Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee

Butler Snow attorney Keishunna R. Webster has been appointed 2024-25 Chair-Elect of the Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS). Her term will begin on August 6, 2024, following the 2024 ABA Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL. Committee members are appointed as a recognition of talent and commitment to the section.

Keishunna is a member of the Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation practice group, where she represents and advises clients in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial trucking and transportation, complex personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, subrogation and bad faith. Keishunna has been recognized as a Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers® for her work in general litigation. Keishunna also serves in leadership roles for Capital Area Bar Association and the Mississippi Bar Association.

TIPS is the ABA’s home for emerging issues and technologies in tort, trial and insurance law. As members of the committee, appointees focus on substantive and procedural matters in specific areas of practice and provide opportunities for members to interact with and learn from other professionals.
