Butler Snow attorney Christopher S. Berdy has joined the board of directors of the Alabama Holocaust Education Center (AHEC). The center’s mission is to educate the people of Alabama about the history and lessons of the Holocaust in order to create a more just and compassionate world that recognizes the dignity, potential, and humanity of every individual. Berdy is a member of Butler Snow’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare and Product Liability practice groups. He has defended a wide variety of product lines ranging from pharmaceuticals and medical devices, to consumer, commercial and industrial products and manufacturing systems. Berdy is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel and serves on the association’s board of directors. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Food and Drug Law Institute and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. He received his bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University and his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law.
