Butler Snow is pleased to announce David L. Johnson will moderate a panel at the American Bar Association’s 2019 Negotiation Institute.
The institute takes place Feb. 15 at Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego, Calif. David will moderate a panel discussion on the challenging issues facing plaintiffs and their counsel at the negotiation table and review concrete ways to handle them.
David serves as practice group leader of the firm’s labor and employment group. He is a member of the appellate and written advocacy group and the intellectual property group, and focuses his practice on business and employment litigation, non-compete and trade secret litigation, as well as employment compliance, counseling and training. David has been recognized by Best Lawyers® for employment law – management, litigation – ERISA and litigation – labor and employment, by Super Lawyers® for employment and labor and by Martindale Hubbell® with an AV-Preeminent Peer Review Rating.
David regularly speaks on employment-related topics such as covenants not to compete, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements and workplace harassment. He is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations. David received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School.
