Kendra is a member of Butler Snow’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare group. Her practice is focused on the representation and defense of manufacturers in complex products liability litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on prescription drugs, medical devices and chemicals. Her experience includes providing trial support for a products liability jury trial, which involved preparing case-specific and company witness deposition designations, reviewing and analyzing regulatory sources for the exhibit list, conducting legal research, and reviewing expert witness reports and fact witness deposition transcripts for key testimony to incorporate at trial. She also advises clients on healthcare regulatory matters, such as contracting, physician self-referral and anti-kickback laws, and HIPAA privacy and security issues.
