  • In re: CDP Corporation, Inc., 09-50745-NPO, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi; Served as counsel for the Ch.7 Trustee in large asset case; litigated avoidance and preference claims and other adversary proceedings to recoup property of the estate for the benefit of the Debtor and its Creditors. 
  • In re: Coastal Land Development, Inc., 09-51267-ERG, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi; Served as counsel for the largest secured creditor, a Colorado venture capital group, in the Ch. 11 bankruptcy action and companion State Court cases.   
  • In re: Premier Entertainment Biloxi, LLC, d/b/a Biloxi Hard Rock Casino and Resort, 06-50975-ER, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi; Served as local counsel for Ch. 11 debtor’s controlling shareholder of Debtor; Debtor obtained turnover of >$180MM in insurance proceeds from bondholders to rebuild casino destroyed by Hurricane Katrina and confirmed Ch. 11 plan upheld by the 5th Cir.
  • In re: Studio Inn Mississippi, LLC, 04-54314-ERG, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi; Served as counsel for national bank in Ch.11 bankruptcy action and companion State Court cases.
