Allie C. Tucker Named to the Huntsville Business Journal’s 2024 Top 40 Under 40

Butler Snow attorney Allie C. Tucker was recently named to the Huntsville Business Journal’s 2024 class of Top 40 Under 40. The award honors men and women under the age of 40 in Huntsville who have made significant contributions to the community in the business, professional, and civic arenas.

As a member of Butler Snow’s Finance, Real Estate and Restructuring Group, Allie represents developers, lenders, and businesses on a broad range of commercial real estate and finance transactions. She assists clients with structuring, acquiring, leasing, financing, and selling mixed-use developments, office and industrial buildings, and retail shopping centers. As a part of this process, she helps clients navigate complex zoning, land use, and title challenges. Allie also represents homebuilders in acquiring and developing residential subdivisions, and she represents lenders in closing commercial loans with various types of collateral.

In addition to her work with the firm, Allie has demonstrated a commitment to her community through service and leadership. She is a founding board member of the Fostering Roots Foundation and has served on the Board of Directors at organizations such as Alabama Possible, the National Children’s Advocacy Center and The CARE Center. Allie is also a member of the Madison County Foster and Adoptive Parents’ Association and North Alabama Commercial Real Estate (NALCOM).

Since 2021, Allie has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® ‘Ones to Watch’ for her work in Real Estate Law. She is a member of the Huntsville/Madison County Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Alabama Bankers’ Association, the Risk Management Association, BOMA North Alabama and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Allie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, magna cum laude, her M.B.A. from the University of Alabama, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. Allie is admitted to the state bar of Alabama.
