Five attorneys have joined Butler Snow LLP in four offices across the firm’s footprint, including Austin, Texas; London; Nashville, Tennessee; and Singapore.

AUSTIN, TEXAS
Jordan Jarreau and Andrew D. Tingan have joined Butler Snow’s Austin, Texas, office. Jarreau will practice with the firm’s pharmaceutical, medical device and health care litigation group and Tingan will practice with the firm’s commercial litigation group.
Jarreau focuses her practice on product liability and toxic tort litigation. She earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, and Juris Doctor with Special Distinction in Litigation from Baylor University. Jarreau is an active member of the Baylor University School of Law Alumni Steering Committee and the Defense Research Institute, serving on the Young Lawyers, Young Women in the Law, Litigation Skills, Marketing and Social Media Committees.
Tingan’s practice focuses on a wide array of commercial litigation matters. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy and his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law with a Law, Science and Engineering Concentration Certificate. Prior to practicing law, Tingan served five years as a logistics officer in the U.S. Army. He was deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and is a Bronze Star recipient.
LONDON
Joshua R. Blakeney has joined Butler Snow’s London office. Blakeney is a member of the firm’s business services group and advises on international tax issues.
Blakeney earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and his Juris Doctor from the South Texas College of Law – Houston. He also earned his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida.
NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE
Matthew R. Hinson has joined Butler Snow’s Nashville, Tennessee, office. Hinson practices with the firm’s commercial litigation practice group.
Hinson earned his bachelor’s degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While there, he worked as a research assistant under the Honorable Richard E. Myers, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
SINGAPORE
Hara Kee has joined Butler Snow’s Singapore office. Kee is a member of the firm’s business services group and focuses her practice on U.S. federal income tax, international tax and trusts and estate planning.
Kee received her Juris Doctorate from UCLA, specializing in business law – taxation track and completed her bachelor’s degree in economics at National University of Singapore. Prior to joining Butler Snow, she was a Senior Analyst in the Compliance Strategy and Risk Division at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and a tax consultant at one of Big Four accounting organizations.
