Butler Snow Adds New Attorney Todd Bricker to Nashville, Tennessee Office

Butler Snow LLP is pleased to welcome attorney Todd A. Bricker to the firm’s Nashville, Tennessee office. Bricker joins the firm’s Finance, Real Estate and Restructuring Group where he will primarily focus his practice on commercial real estate, with a focus on representing developers, builders, and banks. He brings over 25 years of experience representing various real estate clients in title transaction matters.

Prior to joining Butler Snow, Bricker worked for a Nashville-based litigation firm, building his legal portfolio of real estate clients representing landlord-tenant issues and title dispute matters. In addition to his focus on real estate, Bricker has extensive trial experience, both jury and non-jury, with commercial and tort litigation, with matters including contract disputes, premise liability and construction defects. He has represented several publicly traded companies, including market-leading Real Estate Investments Trusts.

Bricker is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association. He is admitted to the State Bar of Tennessee, the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Bricker earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and obtained his Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School.
