Butler Snow Attorney Allie Tucker Selected to the ICSC Next Generation Leadership Network

Butler Snow attorney Allie C. Tucker was recently selected to the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) Next Generation Leadership Network. As a member of the network, Tucker will serve a two-year term and meet regularly with other members to build connections and discuss industry issues.

The ICSC Next Generation Leadership Network (NGLN) represents the rising leaders in the Marketplaces Industry. In the face of the rapid changes altering the retail and real estate landscape, these individuals exemplify the leadership, creativity and vision needed to help advance their organizations and the industry.

As a member of Butler Snow’s Finance, Real Estate and Restructuring Group, Tucker represents developers, tenants, lenders, and businesses on a broad range of commercial real estate and finance transactions. In particular, she has extensive experience in retail real estate and regularly negotiates deals with national retailers. 

In addition to her work with the firm, Tucker has demonstrated a commitment to her community through service and leadership. She is a founding board member of the Fostering Roots Foundation and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Alabama Possible and the National Children’s Advocacy Center. Tucker is also a member of the Madison County Foster and Adoptive Parents’ Association and North Alabama Commercial Real Estate (NALCOM).

Since 2021, Tucker has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® ‘Ones to Watch’ for her work in Real Estate Law. She was also recently recognized in the Huntsville Business Journal’s 2024 Top 40 Under 40 list. She is a member of the Huntsville/Madison County Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Alabama Bankers’ Association, the Risk Management Association, BOMA North Alabama and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Tucker earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, magna cum laude, her M.B.A. from the University of Alabama, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.
