Butler Snow Attorney Brianna Caldwell Selected to the Mississippi Economic Council’s Leadership Mississippi Class of 2025

Butler Snow attorney Brianna N. Caldwell has been selected as a member of the Mississippi Economic Council’s (MEC) Leadership Mississippi Class of 2025. As one of forty-five professionals selected, Caldwell will be a leading voice in the growth and development of the state of Mississippi.

The Mississippi Economic Council – the State Chamber of Commerce – has been the voice of Mississippi business since 1949. The MEC deals with broad issues that relate to businesses through advocacy, research, resources and leadership. Leadership Mississippi is the second oldest statewide leadership program in the nation. Since its inception in 1974, the program has graduated more than 1,400 alumni active in Mississippi business and politics.

Brianna Caldwell

Caldwell is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation group and focuses her practice on commercial insurance and contracts litigation with experience in appellate litigation, commercial real estate litigation, and financial audit investigations. She has also written for Butler Snow’s, Pro Te: Solutio, an award-winning publication and collection of analysis, information, and insights designed specifically for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare industries. She is a member of the American, Capital Area and Mississippi Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. She also serves as the law school coordinator for Mississippi College School of law for the Young Lawyer’s Division. Caldwell was honored as one of the National Black Lawyer’s Association’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2024.

Caldwell earned her bachelor’s degree from Mississippi College and her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, degree from the Mississippi College School of Law, where she served as Technical Articles Editor for the Law Review.
