Caitlyn Burchfield is a member of the firm’s Public Finance, Tax Incentives & Credit Markets group. She is an experienced public finance and economic development attorney and provides counsel on taxable and tax-exempt public offerings, limited offerings, direct placements, and bank loans relating to multi-family housing, senior living facilities, universities and stadiums, educational facilities, healthcare facilities, and recreational and hotel developments. Burchfield’s representative projects span the country. She regularly serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and lender’s counsel.
Adam Parker is a member of the firm’s Public Finance, Tax Incentives & Credit Markets group. He regularly represents governmental entities, nonprofits, private businesses, housing developers, senior living providers, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, governmental entities, and infrastructure providers in the natural gas, water, sewer, and transportation sectors in public, private, and public-private finance transactions and economic development matters. In addition to assisting clients with specific transactions, Parker assists and advises clients with forming governmental entities, calling and holding elections, monitoring legislative developments, and understanding the tools they can use to build their projects and communities.
