Randy Noel has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the University of Mississippi Alumni Association’s Law Alumni Chapter. Noel will serve a three-year term on the board, which represents all graduates of the university’s School of Law. The chapter sponsors various events for alumni throughout the year, including the annual Law Weekend, the Law Alumni Hall of Fame, the UM Law Alumni Luncheon and more.
Randy is engaged in civil trial practice with an emphasis on commercial, banking, antitrust, data security and products liability matters. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers® for commercial litigation and banking and finance litigation, by Super Lawyers® as a Mid-South Super Lawyer, a Top 100: Tennessee Super Lawyers and as a Top 50: Memphis Super Lawyers, by Chambers USA for litigation: general commercial – Tennessee and by Martindale Hubbell® with an AV-Preeminent Peer Review Rating. Randy has also been honored by America’s Top 100 Bet-the-Company Litigators.
Randy is a fellow of the American, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Foundations, and has served as president of the American Counsel Association, the Southern Conference of Bar Presidents, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Tennessee Legal Community Foundation. He received his bachelor’s degree, with distinction, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi.
