- Represents clients as bond counsel, borrower's counsel and lender’s counsel in connection with a variety of tax-exempt and taxable municipal and corporate bond financings.
- Experience in the healthcare industry with tax-exempt and taxable bond financings for hospital and healthcare facilities, assisted living facilities and continuing care retirement communities.
- Experience in the affordable housing industry with a variety of financing structures, including municipal bonds involving private placements, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
- Experience in traditional municipal finance servicing county and local governments, airport and port authorities and public utilities.
