As a member of Butler Snow’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare group, Brady has been involved in multiple trials defending pharmaceutical companies against personal injury claims. Brady has experience serving diverse and global clients, and representing multinational pharmaceutical companies in product liability and mass tort litigation, doctors and hospital systems in healthcare liability, companies and individuals in personal injury cases, and healthcare facilities in Certificate of Need litigation. Brady assists clients in virtually all stages of litigation by drafting briefs, conducting discovery, and researching legal questions.

About
Brady is active in the Defense Research Institute and Nashville Bar Association. He also writes and presents on litigation-related topics, including for Butler Snow’s Pro Te: Solutio.
He received his J.D., cum laude, from The University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was a member of Tennessee Law Review and Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, & Social Justice. Before graduation, he was also inducted into The Order of Barristers. Brady obtained his B.A. in political science from Rhodes College, where he also played four years for the baseball team.
Experience
- Provided on-site trial support to lead trial counsel in talcum powder product liability trials, including assisting with development of strategy, coordinating deposition designations of company and case specific witnesses, arguing objections to deposition designations and motions in limine, preparing company and expert witnesses, and assisting with preparations of cross examinations of plaintiffs’ case specific and general causation experts.
