Experience

  • Represents governmental entities and other transaction participations in public finance transactions and economic development matters.
  • Represents governmental entities in connection with tax and debt elections, public private partnerships and the formation of quasi-municipal entities, including reviewing service plans for governmental entities in connection with the formation of metropolitan districts.
  • Financings include general obligation bonds, user fee revenue bonds, excise tax revenue bonds, certificates of participation, lease transactions, tax increment financings and private activity bonds.
  • Clients include governmental entities such as municipalities, counties, special districts, school districts, transportation agencies, urban renewal authorities, and downtown development authorities as well as underwriters.
