  • Particular emphasis on disclosure and securities law matters for tax-exempt bonds, including continuing disclosure compliance matters.
  • Clients include governmental entities such as municipalities, counties, special districts, school district, transportation agencies, urban renewal authorities and private universities.

Litigation Experience

  • Represented municipalities, private companies and individuals in water court and civil litigation. Drafted and negotiated water rights applications, purchase and sale agreements, water carriage and storage agreements and easements.
