  • $10,000,000 City of Meridian, MS General Obligation Bonds, Series 2009.
  • $9,950,000 City of Hattiesburg, MS General Obligation Pool Loan Refunding Bonds, Series 2009.
  • $9,740,000 Gulfport School District General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2009.
  • $4,020,000 Gulfport School District General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2009.

  • $27,035,000 Mississippi Development Bank Special Obligation Bonds, Series 2009 (Hinds Community College District Capital Improvement Project).

Served as Bond Counsel for the Capital Projects and Equipment Acquisition Program of loans made through the Mississippi Development Bank for cities, counties and other public bodies in Mississippi.
