Harrison is a member of Butler Snow’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare group.
Experience
- Harrison’s practice focuses on defending pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in mass tort and individual product liability claims. In addition to defending clients in courtrooms across the country, he has significant experience developing defense strategies in mass tort cases, organizing large-scale document production efforts, and preparing company witnesses for the rigors of depositions and trials. He has also served on leadership teams administering some of the largest settlement programs in the mass tort realm.
- Locally, he has represented corporate and individual clients across the state of Mississippi in a variety of civil and criminal actions.
- As a zealous advocate, Harrison has tried cases to completion before many of Mississippi’s administrative tribunals, state courts, and federal venues.
- He also has extensive experience representing corporate taxpayers before the United States Tax Court.
- As an appellate advocate, Harrison has defended his clients’ interests before the Mississippi Court of Appeals and the Mississippi Supreme Court.
