Heather Jones Holmes brings a wealth of legal knowledge and expertise to the firm. As a staff attorney at the Texas Supreme Court for Justice Phil Johnson and Justice Brett Busby, she worked on hundreds of appeals, gaining valuable insight into the inner workings of the Texas court system while developing strong research and writing skills. She focuses her practice on appeals and written advocacy.

• While serving as a Staff Attorney at the Supreme Court of Texas, Heather drafted opinions, orders, and memoranda in a wide variety of complex civil law matters. In private practice she has handled briefing for numerous motions, appeals, and mandamus proceedings. She has also represented banks in commercial loan transactions preparing loan documents and researching title and corporate issues and drafted and reviewed various real estate documents.
