- Represents product manufacturers in product liability, personal injury, and breach of warranty cases with an emphasis on manufacturers in the fields of firearms, industrial machinery, and automobiles.
- Represents product manufacturers in reporting to the Consumer Product Safety Commission pursuant to the Consumer Product Safety Act.
- Represents automobile manufacturers in Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and state “lemon law” warranty cases.
- Represents clients in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and commercial damages cases.

- Successfully obtained voluntary dismissal for firearm manufacturer in a personal injury, product liability case alleging design and manufacturing defects; case pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
- Currently representing firearm manufacturer in a class action alleging negligence, breach of warranty, fraudulent misrepresentation, negligent representation, fraudulent omission/concealment, and unjust enrichment; case pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.
- Represented firearm manufacturer in personal injury, product liability case alleging defective design and manufacture; claim was successfully resolved prior to trial; United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

- Represented foreign tractor manufacturer in wrongful death, personal injury action alleging numerous product liability claims pursuant to the Mississippi Products Liability Act; obtained dismissal for manufacturer and its subsidiaries on grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction and under successor liability theories; Bouchillon v. SAME Deutz-Fahr, Group, et al., 268 F. Supp. 3d 890 (N.D. Miss. 2017).
- Represented owner/operator of rental company in a personal injury action involving a Georgia Mud Buggy, alleging negligent maintenance and failure to warn. Francisco Ortiz v. McGraw Rental & Supply Company, Inc., et al., Cause No. 15-cv-00055 (Madison Co. Cir. Ct. 2015).
