Jose’s experience includes representing automotive manufacturers and transportation companies in death and catastrophic injury liability litigation across the United States. Jose also has significant experience representing technology companies in commercial litigation.
He obtained his J.D. from Columbia University and B.A. from Louisiana State University. Following law school, he worked as a Briefing Attorney for the Texas Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in Texas.

- Represented domestic and foreign passenger car and interstate bus manufacturers such as Nissan, Mazda, Kia, and Porsche in claims and lawsuits throughout Texas and in other states such as New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas and Florida.
- Part of expert team coordinating and litigating cases for manufacturer of highway products nationwide.
- Currently representing Greyhound in cases arising from a bus crash.
- Currently representing International Paper in cases involving company owned tractor trailers.
- Representing manufacture of garbage trucks and their associated surveillance systems in litigation and third-party requests of production.

- Successfully represented manufacturer of voting machines in election litigation where plaintiffs sought source code and other intellectual property of the defendant.
- Regularly represents software as a service (SaaS) provider in contract and implementation disputes.
- Commercial Litigation
- Representing real estate developer in commercial landlord tenant disputes.
- Representing investor in breach of contract and fraud action regarding formation of an insurance company.
- Represented a law firm in legal malpractice action.
