Kevin is a member of Butler Snow’s Constitutional and Civil Rights Litigation practice group. He has federal and state trial and appellate experience and has represented clients in criminal defense, discrimination matters, personal injury, and contract issues. He has also had the opportunity to represent and defend several municipal, insurance, and corporate defendants in civil rights and discrimination litigation. Additionally, Kevin served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 7th District of Mississippi. For the last several years, he has been involved in civil rights litigation representing correctional and municipal actors and facilities.
