- Lisa has extensive experience in a wide range of civil litigation, encompassing commercial litigation, construction disputes, and premises and products liability. She also has a strong background in transactional work, where she served on the lead contracts team for an international corporation. She has successfully represented clients in high-stakes cases, including navigating the complexities of multi-district litigation, where she managed legal proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. Lisa has also advised and represented businesses in a vast array of industries, tackling issues such as contract disputes, fiduciary duties, and partnership tax law.
