Melissa works with the Firm’s Constitutional and Civil Rights Litigation Group, which represents corrections departments, corrections professionals, and other state agencies throughout the United States. She has practiced in this area since 2014. From 2001 to 2013, she practiced with a major New York firm, where she focused on securities litigation, international arbitration, and complex commercial disputes.
