As a member of Butler Snow’s Commercial and Tort Litigation Groups, Nick represents individual and corporate clients in complex commercial and catastrophic injury cases. Nick’s commercial litigation experience includes contract, commercial and residential construction, trust and estates, employment, director and officer liability, business torts, and financial services. He has handled tort cases, including product liability, premises, liability, class actions, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death.
A substantial portion of Nick’s practice is devoted to Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is a licensed and certified State and Federal arbitrator and mediator. Nick is regularly consulted by other attorneys to assist their clients in producing timely and cost-effective results to the most contentious or complex disputes. Nick has mediated over eight hundred cases, including class action, commercial/residential development, multiparty construction, consumer/corporate finance, intellectual property, personal injury, probate, domestic, professional malpractice, and commercial and residential real estate.
Because of his broad experience, Nick is relied upon by Firm clients and other attorneys who turn to him for practical common-sense problem-solving in dispute resolution or aggressive effective representation in litigation.
