Robbie is a member of Butler Snow’s Commercial Litigation group. He is a highly skilled trial lawyer with more than 22 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation in federal court, state court, and arbitration. Robbie’s experience covers every aspect of civil litigation, including developing case theories and damage models, preparing pleadings, motion practice, fact and expert discovery, serving as lead trial counsel, and representing clients on appeal. He has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements for his clients.  Robbie represents individuals, businesses, healthcare providers, and governmental entities in litigation related to trade secrets, contract disputes, professional malpractice, fraud, personal injury, restrictive covenants, and healthcare.

Recently, Robbie obtained a $28.3 million dollar consent judgment on behalf of the University of Mississippi Medical Center resulting from its former physician’s misappropriation of trade secrets (University of Mississippi Medical Center vs. Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine, P.C., et al., 3:19-cv-00459-CWR-LGI (S.D. Miss.)) and a $5.4 million jury verdict in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi in Haddonfield Foods, Inc. vs. Southern Hens, Inc., 2:20-cv-84-KS-MTP.
