Overview

Travis Swearingen assists his clients with their most complex and high stakes legal problems. Travis is a trial lawyer with first chair experience representing clients in healthcare, drug and medical device, and construction litigation.  Travis also represents leading healthcare institutions across Tennessee with their regulatory, licensure and Certificate of Need matters.  Most recently, he has helped lead the defense of significant mass tort litigation for a Fortune 50 medical device manufacturer, tried multi-million-dollar disputes for three of the largest hospital systems in Tennessee, and successfully defended multiple healthcare liability cases to verdict.  Mid-South Super Lawyers® has named Travis a “Super Lawyer” for his work in business litigation and he has been recognized as by Best Lawyers in America® for his work in health care law.
