- Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel to the New Orleans Aviation Board for all financings at the Louis Armstrong International Airport.
- Bond Counsel for all single-family mortgage revenue bonds and for multifamily housing revenue bonds issued by Louisiana Housing Corporation.
- Bond Counsel to the Orleans Parish School Board and Regional Transit Authority.
- Special Counsel to the Orleans Parish School Board in connection with the construction and renovation of public schools using new market tax credits and/or historic tax credits.
- Special Tax and Program Counsel to the Louisiana Housing Corporation.
- Asset Manager for all affordable housing developments financed under the 1602 Investment Program and the Tax Credit Assistance Program.
