About
Will’s experience includes handling various aspects of complex litigation, including discovery, motion practice, oral argument, and trial. He previously served for six years as an Assistant District Attorney with the 30th Judicial District in Memphis, Tennessee, where he handled comprehensive criminal prosecutions from the investigatory stage through trial and sentencing. Before assuming this role, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ross Dyer and the Honorable Camille McMullen in the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. Will received his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While enrolled, he earned first place in the New York School of Law National Writing Competition and received the Joe A. Moore Scholarship for Excellence in Oral Advocacy, among a multitude of additional accolades. Will also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Memphis.
